this is me
Hello, I’m Cherie. I was born in Massachusetts and grew up in a tiny town in Ohio. I have lived also in Boston, Massachusetts, San Juan Puerto Rico and Chicago, Illinois. Currently I live in Maryland just outside of Washington DC.
I am a a professional artist and designer and I have worked in many different artistic media including theatrical design(lighting and set), photography, painting, graphic/web design, and jewelry design. My other half, Claus, works for an airline, which provides us with the benefit of nearly free airfare! love to travel and find that it can be very interesting to “go solo”. I love to trek to the most remote and interesting destinations I can find.
